Movement: Using an overhand grip, slowly lower the bar to the chest, then press back to the starting position. Hints: Bend knees at 90° and keep feet off the bench and the floor. Muscle Groups: Pectoralis major, Anterior triceps, Deltoid
Incline bench press
Equipment: Incline bench, squat rack, spotter
Movement: Using an overhand grip, slowly raise and lower the bar to the chest (both feet flat on the floor). Hints: Use a weight rack to support the weight above the bench. Avoid lifting the buttock or arching the back while lifting.

Power cleans
Equipment: Barbell
Movement: Using an overhand grip, pull the bar explosively to the highest point of your chest. Rotate hands under the bar and bend your knees. Straighten up to standing position.
